The Contractor shall provide reliable electrical maintenance services, operational flexibility and scalability, 24/7 on-call support, rapid emergency response, and specialist technical support. The Contractor shall also be capable of mobilising appropriately qualified personnel onsite within the required response times in support of safe and reliable ESS operations.",
